On the 3rd June 2011, Aruna Technology, along with co-hosts Trimble Navigation Pte (Thailand), hosted the first ever Trimble Express in Cambodia at Himawari Hotel. The event highlighted current trends and challenges facing the survey industry, particularly the rapid changes in the GPS/GNSS world. With China, Japan, India, the EU and Russia all launching new satellites, positioning by satellite will become far more reliable and accurate, even under challenging conditions.
The afternoon session was dedicated to hands on with some of the latest survey instruments from Trimble, including the compact and functional M3 Total station, the R6 RTK GPS/GNSS Receiver and the very impressive Trimble VX.
